Meet The Face Behind Four Tree Coaching

I’m Don Vierboom, the proud owner of Four Tree Coaching. I look forward to sharing my story, and I hope you will enjoy getting to know me better.

My career in the coaching industry began in 2020 when due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I, like so many others, was laid off after working in the housing sector for several years. I started by helping my friends and coaching them through small business challenges.

From there, I did the Coaches Coach program, also called the Rockstar Coaching Program and worked with two elite coaches as mentors for a year while taking extensive online training courses. All this led to me starting Four Tree Coaching in 2020.

Since I started, the way we find clients and get the word out about our services has changed. Our social media and online presence have increased, which has yielded positive results.

Why I’ve been successful

My motto is a quote from Zig Ziglar, “You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want.”

As an individual, I believe my accountability, honesty, and integrity set me apart from others. I attribute my success to a strong work ethic installed by my parents and my genuine desire to help others.

Reorganizing and leading nine branch offices for the office furniture division for Corporate Express for Canada and garnering a sales increase of $25 million in three years has given me immense satisfaction and inspiration.

During my downtime

I like to golf, travel, and appreciate time with family when I am not at work. I also believe in giving back to society, and as part of that belief, I have supported World Vision and its mission to support kids in need in developing countries for decades.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
